Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to process invoices, handle vendor inquiries, and ensure timely payments in a busy shared services environment. You will work with SAP and Microsoft Excel, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and uphold internal controls and compliance while managing multiple priorities.

A 3–5 year background in AP or P2P is preferred, with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, Shared Services, or Finance Operations.
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay and Accounts Payable processes.
• Experience handling vendor inquiries and stakeholder management in a shared services environment.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or similar.
• Experience with Service Desk or case management tools.
• Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of internal controls and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
