Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a Senior Analyst in Treasury (Back Office) to join our Manila/Taguig operations. You will handle confirmations, cash flows, settlements, and reporting for API regions, ensuring accuracy, controls, and timely processing in QTM and related systems.

The role requires 5–7 years in treasury or finance, a business or finance degree, and strong analytical skills. Onsite work with cross‑regional collaboration and exposure to SAP/E-banking tools is expected.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Back Office Treasury Operations

• Confirmation of external trade confirmations (FX, Money Market, Commodity) for CCEP API regions (AU, NZ, IDN, PNG, Pacific) in QTM (Treasury Management System) using Finastra and other tools.
• Confirm all internal vs external trades in QTM.
• Review and actioning all trades and other Treasury payments (Dividends, Netting, Bank transfers) for CCEP API regions and submit to Manager for Approval.
• Monitor Payment Status in QTM and ECHOS (CCEP SWIFT Service Bureau).
• Maintain deal records while ensuring compliance with controls, audits, and policies.
• Price Fix Commodity trades and Rate Set Interest Rate instrument deals on time prior to settlement. Follow up with the banks if there are differences on the rates.
• Responsible for maintaining Standard Settlement Instructions (SSIs) for Counterparties as well as Bank Account and Bank Transaction rules in QTM. Act as Back up for critical tasks in relation to the cash manager role at ISS PH and Europe Treasury Confirmations and Settlements

Bank Statements

• Ensure all API bank statements are accurately uploaded into SAP automatically and follow-up with Banks if needed
• Responsible to upload bank statements manually if needed using the e-banking platforms.
• Prepare banking instructions for interbank/intercompany transfers to ensure sufficient liquidity for ongoing operations
• Act as Back Up for the bank statement process in Europe Treasury
• Ensure Bulk cash reconciliation for non-treasury bank accounts is accurately executed in QTM.
• Support Manager with Actual Cashflows Reporting

BankingRelationship

• Participate in periodic Banking Relationship review meetings (internal and external) representing Back Office and bringing issues that need to be resolved.
• Management of Indonesian e-banking platforms

Treasury Reporting & Compliance

• Responsible for SOX Control on Confirmations
• Responsible for Ad Hoc Treasury Reporting including Europe Treasury
• Review SSIs regularly to ensure all are in place for all instruments as well as when regulations call for a change (e.g. ISO implementation, New Purpose of Codes etc).
• Support month-end and year-end Treasury accounting activities, including internal and external audits

Document and Policy Compliance

• Oversee documentation for FX transactions for Indonesia and work together with relevant team to ensure banks have the required documentation

Projects

• Support projects aiming to improve existing processes and/or aligning processes with Europe
