R1 RCM Philippines, Inc. is seeking a PH-Prof II IT Infra - Networking to oversee network performance, monitoring, and capacity planning in a healthcare-focused environment.

The role entails troubleshooting network issues, optimizing routers, switches, and firewalls, and ensuring secure, scalable infrastructure aligned with ITIL practices and contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Cisco network devices and configurations.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management.
• Understanding of LAN/WAN architectures and security basics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and capacity planning to optimize throughput.
• Troubleshoot straightforward networking issues independently and escalate as needed.
• Maintain secure network by documenting access, controls and configurations.
• Upgrade and test network components in collaboration with vendors.
• Ensure documentation and standards are followed to meet contract requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and add value to the role.
• Collaborate with teams to align network infrastructure with business goals.

PH-Prof II IT Infra - Networking

Role / Job Summary:

• Responsible for the performance of technical support projects or tasks in accordance with contract requirements, appropriate policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Network Monitoring, Performance and capacity planning: monitor, reconfigure and optimize network hardware (i.e. routers, firewalls, switches) for performance improvements and future scalability.
• Troubleshoot straightforward networking problems independently by investigating underlying problems.
• Establishes network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency.
• Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning, troubleshooting network problems and escalating problems to vendor.
• Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation and maintaining documentation.
• Upgrades network by conferring with vendors, developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on Experience on Cisco Network switches series 9300,9500, 6800 and routers
• series ISR 4k
• Proven knowledge of ITIL framework.
