Job summary

Concentrix CVG Philippines is seeking a Network Engineer to support and secure our infrastructure. You will plan, install, configure, maintain, and optimize network and security hardware, including WIFI, firewalls, routers and switches.

The role requires hands-on experience with routing, switching and security, and the ability to troubleshoot quickly. You will work in a 24x7 first level support team, handling incidents and changes to meet SLAs while collaborating with colleagues across the IT

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and hardware, including WIFI, firewalls, routers, switches, and controllers.
• Plan, develop, install, configure, maintain, support and optimize network and security hardware/software.
• In-depth knowledge in Routing and Switching.
• Troubleshooting skills in Routing, Switching and Security.
• Familiar with BGP, OSPF and EIGRP (basic/advanced).
• 8–10 years experience in Routing/Switching/Security domain preferred.
• Good hands-on with Switching and STP protocols.
• Experience with multi-OEM infrastructures.
• Ability to work in a roster and attend regular 1:1 meetings.

Job Summary

The Network Engineer’s role is to support and secure infrastructure throughout Concentrix CVG Philippines. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting and optimizing all network and security hardware software and communication links and involved in the next wave of security offerings. Outstanding opportunity for a network engineer with either Cisco ASA ; Fortigate, Palo alto hands on experience. Engineer should have hands-on experience in network routing and Switching and in depth knowledge of Routing and Switching and troubleshooting skill to resolve issue quickly.

The role is part of our 24x7 first level support network team focused on both network outages as well as network-related projects. The candidate will be accountable for day-to-day network activities, such as those related to incident and change management, to ensure end user requests are handled and addressed within defined SLAs. The position requires good organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to troubleshoot and logically solve problems.

Qualifications:

• -A strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware. This role is accountable for implementing, administer, and troubleshoot network devices including WIFI, firewalls, routers, switches, and controllers. A deep knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols is highly desired.
• -Planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting and optimizing all network and security hardware software.
• -In depth knowledge in Routing and Switching.
• -Troubleshooting Skill on Routing, Switching and Security.
• -Basic and Advance knowledge of BGP, OSPF and EIGRP.
• -Hands-on experience (8-10) years preferably on Routing Switching Security domain.
• -Good hands on Switching and STP protocol.-Good command and expertise on Multi-OEM infrastructure.
• -Role is accountable to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network devices including WIFI, firewalls, routers, switches, and controllers.
• -A deep knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols is highly desired.
• -He should be good Team player and flexible to work on roster.
• -Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided
• -Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with direct manager and/or direct reports
