Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. Philippines is seeking a PH-Prof II IT Infra - Networking professional to oversee network performance, monitor capacity, troubleshoot routine issues, and implement scalable improvements in a healthcare context.

The role requires hands-on experience with Cisco switches (9300/9500/6800) and ISR 4K routers, ITIL knowledge, and strong LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewall, and VPN skills. You will collaborate with vendors, document configurations, and ensure security and reliability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Cisco switches (9300/9500/6800) and ISR 4K routers.
• Proven knowledge of ITIL framework and its processes.
• Experience with LAN/WAN technologies, routing and switching, firewall and VPN configurations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance, capacity planning, and optimize hardware for scalability.
• Troubleshoot routine networking issues and document resolutions.
• Maintain network security through access controls, monitoring, and updates.
• Upgrade and test network components in collaboration with vendors.
• Take ownership of tasks and address new requests to add value.
