R1 RCM Philippines Inc is seeking a PH-Prof II IT Infra - Networking professional to support network performance, monitoring, capacity planning, and upgrades across routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs in a healthcare-focused environment.

The role requires hands-on experience with Cisco switches (9300/9500/6800) and ISR 4k routers, strong ITIL knowledge, and expertise in LAN/WAN, routing and switching, and network security.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Cisco network switches (9300/9500/6800) and routers (ISR 4k).
• Good knowledge of ITIL framework and network management processes.
• Proficient in LAN/WAN technologies, routing & switching, firewall and VPN security.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, reconfigure and optimize network hardware for performance improvements and scalability.
• Troubleshoot straightforward networking problems and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain network documentation and support upgrades and new deployments.
