Qualifications

• Active CPA license or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting and Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience including public accounting and related industry roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Proven experience in accounting, auditing, or financial analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post monthly entries for recurring and ad hoc transactions.
• Prepare, review, and maintain GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes with timeliness and accuracy.
• Perform complex reconciliations, variance analyses, and financial modeling.
• Utilize advanced technical tools to automate workflows and improve reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and internal controls.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership.
