Comrise is seeking an Engineering People Manager to lead a pod of 8–12 site reliability engineers across a 24x7 operation in Mandaluyong or Cebu City. You will own performance, wellbeing, and career progression, shaping the future seniority of the team.

The role requires 5+ years in SRE/DevOps with 2+ years in people leadership, strong coaching, and a robust technical baseline (Linux, Kubernetes, cloud, observability).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE or DevOps with 2+ years in people leadership.
• Technical baseline to coach juniors: Linux, Kubernetes, cloud, observability, incident process.
