Job summary

Makati Medical Center in Makati City seeks a Sr. Patient Safety Officer to collaborate with hospital departments to identify, collect, analyze, and present safety data under the supervision of the Patient Safety Unit Manager.

Your duties include collation, corrective action implementation, and validation of safety information, plus administrative duties and monitoring performance indicators for Clinical Emergency Preparedness and Sentinel Event committees.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a healthcare institution, preferably with experience in Quality Management

Responsibilities

Job Description

The Sr. Patient Safety Officer collaborates with other hospital departments to identify, collect, analyze, and present safety data under the supervision of the Patient Safety Unit Manager. This includes the collation, corrective action implementation, and validation of this information. Performs administrative duties and performance indicators monitoring for the following hospital committees. a) Clinical Emergency Preparedness Committee, b) Sentinel Event Committee and other committees with CSRM responsibilities.
