The Senior Marketing and Ecommerce Manager serves as the strategic leader and division head for the company's unified Marketing and E-commerce operations. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, end-to-end customer attraction, and total online revenue growth. S/He will directly oversee a robust team across brand marketing, creative development, performance media, and e-com operations - ensuring seamless alignment from top-of-funnel marketing down to e-com warehouse fulfillment.
Provide overarching strategic direction, leadership, and daily management to the unified Marketing and E-commerce division.
Align brand identity, social media strategies, and high-impact performance marketing with commercial E-commerce goals and inventory cycles.
Monitor end-to-end E-commerce operations, ensuring that the online store architecture, promotional calendars, and digital merchandising are fully supported by backend fulfillment and the e-com warehouse team.
Actively manage, mentor, and foster professional growth among direct reports (Managers) and indirect reports (Specialists/Artists/Assistants), building a high-performing, collaborative culture.
Oversee the Performance Marketing Manager to optimize digital ad spend, conversion funnels, and data-driven customer acquisition metrics across all digital platforms.
Guide the brand voice and creative output, ensuring the Marketing Manager and Multimedia Artists deliver cohesive, premium visual assets for both digital and offline touchpoints.
Evaluate division-wide KPIs, interpreting web analytics, sales data, campaign ROAS, and warehouse efficiency to present high-level performance insights to executive leadership.
Own the total marketing and E-commerce budget, strategically allocating resources to balance long-term brand equity with immediate online revenue targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (MBA is a distinct advantage).
10+ years of progressive experience in marketing and digital commerce, with at least 5 years in a senior management or division head role managing multi-disciplinary teams.
Proven experience managing a diverse organizational structure, including creative teams, technical digital marketers, and operational/logistics staff.
Deep expertise in omni-channel retailing, digital marketing tools, and E-commerce ecosystems (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Magento).
Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of inventory management, supply chain alignment, and digital fulfillment workflows.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to scale a division and balance creative brand-building with hard commercial e-com targets.
Proven capability to lead varied professional profiles, from warehouse assistants and creative multimedia artists to highly analytical performance managers.
Expert understanding of full-funnel metrics (from impressions and engagement down to conversion rate, CAC, LTV, and fulfillment turn-around time).
High capacity to handle a fast-paced environment, bridging technical marketing tech stacks with operational warehouse demands.
