Job summary

Ace Hardware Philippines, Inc. is seeking a senior Digital Marketing & E-commerce leader to drive our online storefronts, optimize product discoverability, and enhance customer retention across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

In this role you will lead cross-functional teams, manage campaigns, budgets, and vendors, and use data-driven insights to boost sales performance while aligning retail strategies with Ace's omnichannel objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Communications, or related field; a postgraduate degree is an advantage.
• 8-10 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, retail marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years in a managerial/leadership position.
• Proven experience managing e-commerce websites and marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Strong background in campaign planning, digital content, SEO, CRM, marketplace marketing, live selling, and performance analytics.
• Experience managing teams, budgets, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional projects.
