As we continue to grow and develop our people, we are looking for a Senior HR Specialist – Training who will help strengthen our employees' knowledge, skills, and capabilities across our retail and corporate teams.
The Senior HR Specialist – Training will be responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, and facilitating training programs for employees across the organization. The role will work closely with department heads and Operations Leaders to identify learning needs and deliver programs that support employee performance, customer service, sales, leadership, and business objectives.
Develop and implement training and development programs for retail stores and corporate employees
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify competency and performance gaps
Develop training materials, presentations, facilitator guides, activities, and assessments
Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job learning sessions
Coordinate training schedules and ensure timely implementation of the annual training calendar
Partner with department heads and Operations Leaders to identify department-specific learning needs
Monitor training attendance, completion, and employee participation
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and post-training monitoring
Prepare training reports and maintain accurate employee training records
Monitor the progress and development of employees after training
Recommend improvements to existing training programs based on business and employee needs
Support employee engagement, career development, and other HR initiatives
Assist in special HR projects and other related duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 3+years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or HR
Proven experience in training facilitation and training program development
Experience in retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, or other service-oriented industries is an advantage
Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
Ability to create engaging and practical training activities and materials
Knowledge of Training Needs Analysis and training evaluation
Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools
Strong organizational and project management skills
Willing to conduct training across different store locations and travel as required
Willing to work on-site: IT Park, Cebu City
