Job summary

Oro China Jewelry in the Philippines is seeking a Senior HR Specialist – Training to plan, develop, coordinate, and facilitate training programs for employees across retail stores and corporate teams. You will work with department heads to identify learning needs and deliver programs that support performance, customer service, sales, leadership, and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3+ years in Training, Learning & Development, or HR.
• Proven experience in training facilitation and program development.
• Experience in retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, or service industries is a plus.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging training activities and materials.
• Knowledge of Training Needs Analysis and training evaluation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
• Willing to travel and conduct training across store locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for retail stores and corporate staff.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and identify competency gaps.
• Design onboarding, product knowledge, customer service, and sales trainings.
• Create training materials, facilitator guides, activities and assessments.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job learning sessions.
• Coordinate schedules and manage the annual training calendar.
• Monitor attendance, completion, and employee participation.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and post-training reviews.
