The role supports end-to-end recruitment operations and delivers a smooth candidate journey from requisition through onboarding. The hybrid setup offers 2-3x return-to-office, day shift, and collaboration with stakeholders across US, UK, and APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Operations experience in UK, US, or APAC.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major ATS/recruitment platform.
• Strong written and verbal English communication with stakeholder-facing experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data management and dashboards.
• Familiarity with basic macros, Microsoft Forms, and SharePoint automation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end requisitions and postings via ATS.
• Review candidates and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
• Support post-offer activities: approvals, background checks, onboarding.
• Partner with US, UK, and APAC recruitment processes.
• Maintain SOPs, process maps, and RACI frameworks.
• Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience.

The role

The Senior Analyst – Talent Acquisition supports end-to-end recruitment operations and delivers a smooth candidate journey from requisition through onboarding. The role manages recruitment workflows, coordinates stakeholders, and handles assignments of low to moderate complexity within established processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end requisitions and internal job postings using the applicant tracking system.
• Review candidates and coordinate interviews with recruiters, candidates, and hiring stakeholders.
• Support post-offer activities, including approvals, background checks, onboarding, and candidate engagement.
• Partner with stakeholders across US, UK, and APAC recruitment processes.
• Maintain process documentation, including SOPs, process maps, and RACI frameworks.
• Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree of any program.
• 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Operations experience in UK, US, or APAC.
