Job summary

Seven Network (operations) Ltd. seeks a Commercial Inventory Coordinator, Sponsorships to manage communication, administration and delivery of advertising sponsorships across General Entertainment programming.

You will handle placement plans, sponsorship availabilities and collaboration with Sales and Planning to maximise revenue. Ideal candidates have media experience or related advertising exposure, strong written and verbal communication, and a proactive approach to maintaining accuracy,

Qualifications

• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Media experience or advertising industry background.
• Demonstrated initiative, creativity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sponsorship availability and placement to maximise revenue.
• Administer sponsorship details, archives and reporting for CI management.
• Liaise with Sales, Presentation and Planning to deliver sponsor requirements on time.
• Prepare and publish sponsorship placement plans and communication to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with network guidelines and industry codes.
