Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Commercial Inventory (CI) Coordinator - Scheduling to support access, use, integrity and telecast of the Network’s channel inventory. You will assist the Scheduling team with commercial schedules and ensure compliance, accuracy and timely delivery of campaigns.

The role requires strong communication, detail-orientation, and the ability to manage schedules amid a busy broadcast environment.

Qualifications

• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in an inbound call-centre environment and/or service/sales-oriented industry is beneficial.
• Proficient in coordinating schedules and managing inventory to maximise revenue potential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare commercial schedules for channels, ensuring compliance and accurate delivery of campaigns.
• Maintain broadcast quality drafts and debriefed schedules in line with policies and terms.
• Ensure maximum availability and revenue potential through optimized inventory and scheduling decisions.
