Acquire Intelligence Philippines is hiring a Commercial Inventory (CI) Coordinator - Scheduling to manage channel inventories, ensure accurate scheduling, and support the Sales Team with timely access and service. The role focuses on compliant schedules, sponsor placements, and maximizing revenue through proper inventory usage.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication, a solid grasp of media inventory concepts, and experience in a call-centre or service-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Clear and concise verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
• Experience in an inbound call-centre environment or service/sales context is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and quick adaptability to new software systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare commercial schedules for channels, ensuring compliance and accurate delivery of booked campaigns.
• Apply sponsor placement plans and advise on integrity/delivery issues.
• Maintain knowledge of programming, ratings, and inventory impacts for optimization.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

The Commercial Inventory (CI) Coordinator - Scheduling, is responsible for providing various services related to the access, use, integrity and telecast of the Network’s channel commercial inventory, as well as providing support as required to the Scheduling team.

Areas of Direct Responsibility

The preparation of commercial schedules for channels as allocated ensuring statutory & regulatory compliance, accurate delivery of booked campaigns, sponsorships and client terms & conditions, correct application of Sales and Inventory Management policies to each schedule and transaction and maximised revenue potential of each schedule through placement and communication of availabilities Servicing and facilitating Sales Teams access to the inventory ensuring high level of service and professionalism delivered on each transaction and correct application of Sales and Inventory Management policies to each transaction.

Task specific Skills/Duties/Responsibilities

• General Scheduling Ensure all specific tasks are completed to deliver accurate, broadcast quality draft, final and debriefed commercial schedules compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements, optimised inventory usage, commercial placement, sponsorship and scheduling issues identified, resolved or notified to be free of potential make good or credit claims as directed prior to specified deadline.
• Accurately apply sponsor placement plans, advising integrity/delivery issues to Sponsorship team.
• Keep up to date on programming, ratings and demand information impacting Seven’s inventory and demonstrate engagement in broader industry issues.
• Have a thorough understanding of broadcast and material management facilities and systems.
• Calls Specific Facilitating Sales’ access to the Network’s main and multichannel commercial inventories in a call-centre environment.
• Answering the Network Placement Line in a professional manner, delivering satisfactory and efficient outcomes for all internal requests and queries.
• Inventory Management Maintain and optimize commercial availability and inventory integrity as directed to ensure maximum availability & revenue potential and most effective inventory usage.

What You’ll Bring

• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated passion for detail and accuracy.
• Computer skills to intermediate level – Microsoft Office suite familiarity specifically Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Media experience, media-oriented tertiary qualifications or advertising industry experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
• Experience in an inbound call-centre environment and/or service/sales-oriented industry is beneficial.
• Accuracy – a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Computer skills – able to learn new software/information systems readily using existing base skill set.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision to standards and deadlines.
• Time management, planning and organising – able to work in a prompt and efficient manner to accomplish objectives.
