Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Commercial Inventory (CI) Coordinator - Scheduling to manage channel schedules, ensure statutory compliance, accurate delivery of campaigns, sponsorships, and client terms, while maximizing revenue through effective inventory placement.

You will support the Scheduling team, facilitate Sales access to inventory in a fast-paced call-centre setting, stay updated on programming and ratings, and apply inventory policies with precision.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling and broadcast/advertising inventory.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Experience in inbound call-centre environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare commercial schedules for channels and ensure compliance.
• Apply sponsor placement plans and manage inventory availability.
• Assist Sales Teams with access to inventory via a call-centre environment.
• Maintain accurate records and respond to internal requests promptly.
