Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is a global outsourcer delivering contact center and back-office services. We seek a Sponsorship Implementation Coordinator to support end-to-end sponsorship campaigns across broadcast and media platforms, collaborating with Sales, Creative, and Production teams to ensure accurate delivery with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in media operations, sponsorship coordination or broadcast operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management capabilities.
• High attention to detail in campaign coordination and workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in fast-paced settings.
• Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; experience with the wider Office suite.
• Experience in media, radio, advertising, or broadcast environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute sponsorship campaigns across assigned broadcast and media platforms.
• Process sponsorship bookings and maintain accurate records in systems.
• Liaise with Sales, Creative, Airtime, Production and Programming on instructions and delivery.
• Support material instruction management and quality checks on campaigns.
• Assist with sponsorship inventory coordination and pricing support.
• Provide reporting support for delivery and performance tracking.
• Support air-check activities and ensure creative accuracy.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to maximise sponsorship revenue opportunities.
• Provide admin and operational support to the broader media ops team.
• Identify opportunities to improve sponsorship workflows and processes.
• Assist onboarding and system guidance for internal stakeholders.
