CONNEXIUS GROUP PTE LTD is seeking a driven Conference Sponsorship Sales Manager to grow sponsorship and partnership revenue across an event portfolio. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing, building long-term relationships with solution providers seeking access to audiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in conference sponsorship or events.
• Proven track record of meeting or beating revenue targets in a new-business role.
• Ability to engage senior marketing and sales leaders by phone, video and in person.

Responsibilities

• Sell sponsorship, exhibition and partnership packages across 6 conferences per year, delivering against revenue targets.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn and referrals.
• Research target markets to identify companies whose solutions align with each event's audience and agenda.
• Run consultative discovery conversations and tailor proposals to clients' goals.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals, including multi-event packages.
• Grow existing accounts through renewals, upsells and cross-selling into other events.
• Work with production, marketing and delegate-acquisition teams to ensure sponsor deliverables yield ROI.
• Attend events on site to host clients and generate new business.
• Keep the CRM accurate and report on pipeline, forecasts and results.
