As a Sponsorship Implementation Coordinator, you will support the end‑to‑end execution of sponsorship campaigns across broadcast and media platforms. You’ll work closely with Sales, Creative, Production, Programming, and Airtime teams to ensure sponsorship properties are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with operational guidelines. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys campaign coordination, stakeholder collaboration, and working in a fast‑paced media environment.

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and execute sponsorship campaigns across assigned broadcast and media platforms
• Process sponsorship bookings and maintain accurate records within operational systems
• Liaise with Sales, Creative, Airtime, Production, and Programming teams regarding sponsorship instructions and campaign delivery
• Support material instruction management and conduct regular quality checks on instructed campaigns
• Assist with sponsorship inventory coordination and pricing support activities
• Provide reporting support for sponsorship delivery and campaign performance tracking
• Support sponsorship air‑check activities and ensure creative accuracy across campaigns
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support sponsorship revenue opportunities
• Provide administrative and operational support to the broader media operations team
• Identify opportunities to improve sponsorship workflows and operational processes
• Support onboarding and system guidance for internal stakeholders where required

A BIT ABOUT YOU

• Experience within media operations, sponsorship coordination, broadcast operations, or campaign support environments is preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional organisational and time management capability
• Strong attention to detail across campaign coordination and operational workflows
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines within fast‑paced environments
• Solutions‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving capability
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Experience within media, radio, advertising, or broadcast environments is advantageous
