Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of SFEC experience and 1st-2nd level Employee Data Management work, with strong data analysis, stakeholder management, and familiarity with HR systems such as SAP HCM or Workday.

The OM team services are provided to more than 70 countries across all time zones. In close coordination with the GBS HR Process Management, the role ensures that the processes are executed in high quality and in compliance with the guidelines in all regions of the world.
