Job summary

RCBC Bankard Services Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented MIS/Reporting Specialist to pre-screen merchant documents and prepare routine reports. You will coordinate with ASD, ITD-POS, and other teams to ensure timely fulfillment and to minimize merchant deactivations.

The role requires at least a four-year degree and 1–2 years in MIS/reporting, plus strong computer literacy and familiarity with CRM/RSO systems. On-site work in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• 1–2 years experience in MIS/report preparation.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Conducts pre-screening of merchant documents to ensure completeness before submission to ASD via CRM/RSO.
• Prepares monitoring and tracking reports and leads merchant database clean-up.
• Sends emails to Sales Team about merchants with lacking documents to avoid deactivation of MID.
• Monitors fulfillment of requests (Merchant affiliation, Merchant File Update, POS repair) within turnaround times.
• Makes follow-ups on issues logged in CRM and coordinates with ASD, ITD-POS, MLSD; escalates if unfulfilled beyond turnaround time.

Job Purpose

• Conducts pre-screening of merchant documents ensuring that the documents submitted complete prior to submission to ASD via CRM/RSO.

• Prepares various monitoring and tracking reports, leads the support team in various merchant database clean-up and handles Merchant inquiries and concerns when the RMs are out on sales call.

• Emails the Sales Team on the merchants with lacking documents to avoid deactivation of the merchant’s MID.

• Monitors fulfillment of MBD’s request like Merchant affiliation, Merchant File Update, POS repair and sees to it that fulfillment is within Turn-around-time.

• Makes follow-up on the resolution of issues logged in the CRM and coordinates with the various stakeholders/support divisions such as ASD, ITD-POS, MLSD if issues/concerns and escalates if still unfulfilled beyond turn-around-time.
