Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Taguig, Philippines is seeking an entry to developing Talent Acquisition professional to support staffing strategies under close supervision. You will create and implement progressive staffing practices aligned with the Credo, assist with daily TA operations, and coordinate onboarding for managers and new hires.

You will build dashboards, analyze staffing data, and share best practices with stakeholders while adhering to leadership imperatives in day-to-day teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the administration of the daily operations for the Talent Acquisition group.
• Coordinates recruiting and onboarding program materials for managers and new hires.
• Contributes to the administration of the recruiting HRIS system including adding requisitions, reviewing candidates, and updating candidate statuses.
• Collects, documents, and shares recruiting best practices internally.
• Builds dashboards on recruitment progress and performance for internal stakeholders.
• Analyzes basic staffing data for Talent Acquisition meeting updates.
• Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
