Emerson Japan, Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join our finance team in Manila. You will support payable transactions, audit employee expense claims, and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

You will approve or reject expense claims, assist with audit requirements, and communicate findings to employees and approvers. A 12-month fixed-term contract is offered with competitive benefits.

Qualificações

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Perform audit of employee expense claim based on company policies and procedures.
• Approve/reject Expense Claim based on the result of audit.
• Assist/Help with auditing requirements.
• Handles escalations and inquiries from employees.
• Communicate the expense claim audit findings to the employees and their approver with recommended solution.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Must be okay to take on a 12-month fixed-term employment.
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in Accounts Payable, 1 year of which reconciliation and analysis
• Preferably with experience in handling vendor or employee related inquiries.
• Preferably with experience in handling external and internal audit.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Two years minimum experience with accounting ERP, preferably Oracle or SAP.
• Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
