Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of Accounts Payable experience, including 1 year of reconciliation and analysis.
• Experience handling vendor or employee inquiries.
• Familiarity with external and internal audits.
• Ability to audit expense claims and communicate findings.
• Proactive, independent worker with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform audit of employee expense claim based on company policies and procedures.
• Approve/reject Expense Claim based on audit results.
• Assist with auditing requirements.
• Handle escalations and inquiries from employees.
• Communicate audit findings to employees and approvers with recommendations.
