The SPA Sales 2 Section Manager will be based in Cebu and will lead sales operations across the Visayas and Mindanao areas. The role is responsible for establishing and achieving area and dealer sales targets, developing and executing sales strategies, strengthening dealer relationships, managing manpower and expenses, analyzing market performance, and developing the section’s team and operating standards.
Establish sales targets by area and dealer in alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop and execute strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets.
Identify key sales issues, performance gaps, and market opportunities.
Monitor sales performance and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Prepare and present sales analyses and performance reports to the Division Head and Department Manager.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with dealers.
Communicate and support the implementation of company policies and standards within dealer operations.
Review and propose dealer support programs that contribute to sales achievement.
Lead initiatives for the development and expansion of the dealer network.
Monitor dealer performance and provide guidance to improve sales and operational results.
Gather and analyze market information, including competitor activities, customer behavior, dealer conditions, and industry trends.
Provide relevant market feedback and business insights to other departments and sections.
Analyze sales data and recommend strategies to address identified business issues.
Use market and performance information to support business planning and decision-making.
Manage the section’s manpower and expense budget to support sales activities and target achievement.
Monitor budget utilization and ensure appropriate allocation of resources.
Participate in annual business planning, budgeting, and KPI management.
Ensure that sales activities and dealer support programs are implemented within approved budgets and organizational guidelines.
Lead, supervise, and develop section members to achieve individual and team objectives.
Delegate assignments and monitor team workload, productivity, and performance.
Coach and support employees in strengthening their sales, planning, and analytical capabilities.
Promote fairness, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the section.
Make appropriate decisions regarding staff deployment, workload distribution, and section-level operating procedures.
Establish, document, and standardize sales and planning processes.
Develop operating procedures that improve the section’s efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead process improvement initiatives based on business priorities and performance results.
Coordinate with other sections and departments to ensure aligned and consistent operations.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on budget control, sales and service activities, compliance, internal processes, and organizational requirements.
Work closely with dealers to monitor and support sales achievement.
Collaborate with local suppliers regarding product and service quality, cost, and delivery feedback.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
At least three years of experience leading a sales team in the automotive industry or after-sales operations within the machinery industry.
At least three years of experience in budget management or KPI management.
Strong knowledge of spare parts operations and products.
Familiarity with automotive or motorcycle products and dealer operations.
Proficient in sales data analysis, performance reporting, and action plan management.
Working knowledge of basic finance and accounting principles.
Strong understanding of market conditions, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
Must be willing to be office-based in Cebu and travel regularly within the Visayas and Mindanao areas.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and know how to drive.
