Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation, based in San Juan, Metro Manila, Philippines, seeks a senior parts operations manager to oversee inventory, procurement, and staff. You will supervise a team, coordinate purchases, and ensure smooth service delivery to customers and repair partners.

Responsibilities include forecasting stock needs, managing vendor relationships, reconciling invoices, and producing monthly reports to support profitability and efficiency across the parts department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least eight (8) years of experience in parts management, preferably in motorcycle, automotive, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong exposure to sales-driven and inventory-based operations.

• Sales & Financial Tracking: Reconcile daily invoices, track gross sales, monitor pricing for profitability, and compile monthly management reports.
• Customer & Service Support: Handle complex customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and collaborate with internal service or maintenance teams to ensure parts availability for repairs.
