Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Parts to oversee inventory, procurement, and service support for parts and repairs.

You will train staff, coordinate local and overseas orders, manage vendor relationships, and deliver monthly reports on profitability and stock levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
• At least eight (8) years of experience in parts management, preferably in the motorcycle, automotive, or manufacturing industry.
• Strong exposure in sales-driven and inventory-based operations.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track parts movement, forecast future requirements, and reduce dead or obsolete stock.
• Procurement & Sourcing: Coordinate local and overseas purchase orders, manage vendor relationships, and source cost-effective components or alternative local workshops.
• Staff Supervision: Train, mentor, and schedule department staff, delegating daily tasks and ensuring high standards of productivity.
• Sales & Financial Tracking: Reconcile daily invoices, track gross sales, monitor parts pricing for profitability, and compile monthly management reports.
• Customer & Service Support: Handle complex customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and collaborate with internal service or maintenance teams to ensure parts availability for repairs.
