Job summary

Yamaha Motor Philippines is seeking a Sales & Marketing professional to ensure nationwide availability and distribution of Yamaha Genuine parts. The role focuses on dealer relationships, achieving monthly targets for 3S shops and parts dealers, and facilitating timely reporting and audits.

You will report to the Greenfield District office in Mandaluyong and be open to field assignments across Luzon, with fresh graduates welcome and training provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a 4-year business degree.
• 0–3 years in sales and marketing experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across Luzon.
• Willing to report to Mandaluyong office.

Responsibilities

• Serve quality Yamaha Genuine parts for both 3S shops and Parts dealers.
• Hit monthly sales targets.
• Make 100% calls to all covered 3S shops and dealers according to assigned area.
• Collect and compile 3S reports monthly.
• Maintain standards and business relationships with all 3S shop dealers.
• Address and provide countermeasures to all 3S shops and parts dealers.
• Ensure availability and efficient distribution of Yamaha Genuine Parts and Accessories to all Authorized dealers.
• Support marketing strategies and dealer-specific promotions to maximize sales profit.
• Monitor daily accounts and overdue collections.
• Attend company events such as Yamaha conventions and other activities as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Immediate Superior.

Job description

Ensure availability and distribution of Yamaha Motorcycle Genuine parts nationwide. Secure business growth and relationship between dealers, customers and YMPH, achieve and sustain monthly target for 3s shop and parts dealer, make certain of timely collection report of parts specialist and facilitate regular audit once a month on all 3s shop. Governing strict compliance with company policies adherence. Administer proper application of instructed modules and training on 3s and parts dealer routine. Oversee cash flows and cash receivables of dealer's account.

Job Responsibilities:

• To serve quality and standard Yamaha Genuine parts for both 3S shop and Parts dealer.
• To hit monthly sales target (100%).
• To make 100% call visit to all covered 3S shops and Parts dealer according to assigned area.
• To collect and gather 3S reports on each respective areas every month.
• To maintain standards and business relationship on all 3S shop dealers.
• To address and provide countermeasure to all 3S shop and Parts dealer.
• To consistently ensuring the availability and efficient distribution of Yamaha Motorcycle Genuine Parts and Accessories to all Authorized dealers.
• To sustain growth by providing marketing strategies and promotion per dealer approach to boost sales profit at maximum expense with maximum result.
• To monitor daily accounts and collections especially overdue accounts.
• To ensure that no disciplinary action was received for failure to adhere to Company policies.
• To attend all Company events such as Yamaha convention, Advance service and other related activities as needed.
• To perform other tasks that maybe assigned by the Immediate Superior from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of 4-year Business course; Business Administration, Commerce, Economics.
• Minimum of 0–3 years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Basic to moderate technical expertise related to the role.
• Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Open to field assignments in various areas across Luzon.
• Must be willing to report to the Greenfield District office in Mandaluyong.
