NightOwl Consulting seeks a Spanish-speaking Sales Assistant to support the sales and marketing team in lead generation, client communication and social media tasks. This full-time role focuses on coordinating with realtors, partners, and clients to drive engagement and opportunities.

The ideal candidate will manage CRM contacts, schedule activities, and create marketing content while maintaining organized processes across channels.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English with strong communication skills.
• Experience with CRM management, data entry and scheduling.
• Basic knowledge of social media management and marketing content creation.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable making calls and following up with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist in lead generation and manage lead contact information in CRM.
• Manage calendar and scheduling including appointments and follow-ups.
• Conduct cold and warm calls to realtors for partnerships and recruitment of loan officers.
• Respond to client, realtor, and partner messages via email, text and social media.
• Create and post marketing materials including flyers and presentations.
