iFIVE Global is seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish Speaking to join our Ortigas office. The role supports patients, coordinates appointments, and ensures accurate medical records in an EHR system.

You will communicate with Spanish-speaking patients, manage intake, document histories, and collaborate with internal teams while upholding confidentiality. This role requires at least 12 months Spanish-speaking experience in a BPO, bilingual English/Spanish, and willingness

Competenze

• At least 12 months Spanish-speaking experience in a BPO or similar.
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening—handle patient inquiries professionally.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with patient information and records.
• Ability to manage appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and multiple admin tasks.
• Proficiency in data entry and general computer applications.
• Experience with EHR systems is an advantage.
• Ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with internal teams.
• Willing to work night shifts.
• Willing to work onsite at Rockwell Ortigas, Pasig City.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments for new patients and manage scheduling changes.
• Communicate the care model, team structure, and benefits of different care groups.
• Manage challenging conversations professionally while maintaining a positive tone.
• Complete callback reports and re-engage patients when appropriate.
• Manage lead intake, schedule appointments, and collect required case information.
• Enter patient and case details into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Receive, review, and distribute incoming faxed reports to internal teams.
• Prepare and proofread patient history documentation for completeness.
• Submit patient records for internal review and finalize in the EHR.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
