Job summary

iFIVE Global in the Philippines is seeking a Call Center Representative – Spanish Bilingual to contact, follow up with and retrieve medical records from physicians, medical groups and hospitals.

The role requires 6–12 months Spanish-speaking experience in a BPO, proficiency in Spanish (B1/B2 preferred), strong organizational and multitasking skills, and the ability to work a night shift onsite at 8th floor Robinsons Zeta Tower, Bridgetowne Libis Quezon City.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months Spanish-speaking experience in a BPO or similar.
• Proficient in Spanish; B1/B2 level preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and with local/international teams.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle call center tasks focusing on Spanish-speaking clients.
• Follow up with and retrieve medical records from physicians, medical groups and hospitals.
• Maintain confidentiality of records per HIPAA policy.
• Meet daily production and quality goals through effective queue management.
• Demonstrate strong English business writing and communication.
• Work night shift onsite at Bridgetowne Libis Quezon City.
