Job summary

HP is seeking a Medium Business Inside Sales Manager for the UK Market. You will lead a team of Commercial Inside Account Executives, shaping end-to-end account strategies and driving sales engagement with medium business accounts, directly or through channel partners.

You will coach and develop team members to achieve quotas, expand the customer base, and nurture relationships with customers and channel partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Fluent English; Portuguese and Spanish helpful for UK market collaborations.
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10-15 iAEs to achieve quotas and grow the UK market.
• Develop targeted business plans and allocate resources to hit margin goals.
• Manage pipelines, qualify opportunities, and hunt new logos in key accounts.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance and retention.
• Partner with channel teams to enable iAE and alliance initiatives.
• Monitor KPI metrics and adjust strategy for channel and direct sales.
