Job summary

INTELASSIST INC. in Quezon City is seeking a Spanish bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide courteous, timely solutions to customer inquiries, coordinating with multiple departments.

You will handle inquiries by phone or in person, process orders, document interactions, resolve service or billing issues, and escalate unresolved cases as needed.

Work setup begins onsite for 1-2 months, then transitions to a hybrid setup with a night shift aligned to Eastern Time.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as Spanish Bilingual CSR.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and comprehension abilities.
• Ability to use phone and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, or obtain details of complaints.
• Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
• Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments.
