INTELASSIST INC. is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will provide solutions to customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner, collaborating with various departments to resolve issues. The role requires Spanish bilingual proficiency and strong communication skills.

Work setup is onsite for 1-2 months transitioning to hybrid; night shift aligned to Eastern Time. The salary is 70,000 PHP per month, with benefits including HMO after a month and non-taxable allowances.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of experience as Spanish bilingual CSR.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong listening/comprehension skills.
• Ability to use phone and computer systems.

Aufgaben

• Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices; follows all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment and grow our “Safety First Culture”
• Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, or obtain details of complaints.
• Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
• Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments.
• Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.
• Recommend improvements in products, packaging, shipping, service, or billing methods and procedures to prevent future problems.
• Perform related duties as required or assigned by supervisor
