Job summary

Outcome1.AI is building the next generation of AI-powered Digital Employees. We are expanding into Spain with a hands-on, entrepreneurial FTE who will own the market from scratch.

You will lead the full sales cycle, engage mid-market prospects, and work directly with the founders to shape our approach and messaging. The role offers a base salary of €45,000 per year plus uncapped performance-based commission and ESOP participation in a fast-moving European startup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in modern B2B new-business sales.
• Experience selling SaaS, technology, AI or similar B2B solutions.
• Ability to prospect, build pipeline and close without relying on inbound leads.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, product demos, negotiation and close.
• Identify and engage mid-market companies in Spain that can benefit from Outcome1.AI’s Digital Employees.
• Build relationships with ICP decision-makers across business functions.
• Refine sales messaging and market approach with the founders, sharing customer insights.
