Job summary

Pili Ani is seeking a Spa and Store Supervisor to lead daily spa operations at NAIA Terminal 3 and deliver a premium client experience. You will coach the team, drive sales, and ensure brand standards are upheld through rituals, demonstrations, and upselling.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in store ops or supervisory roles within beauty, wellness, or luxury retail, with strong communication and leadership skills. Willingness to work weekends and holidays at NAIA Terminal 3 is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of experience in store operations and supervisory role.
• DOH Massage Therapist License or NCII Certification as Massage Therapist is an advantage.
• Proven experience in team leadership, sales target achievement, and providing spa/massage services.
• Strong communication, coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Results-driven, proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Plan and implement daily, monthly, and promotional activities to drive store performance.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, conversion, and business trends, and develop action plans as needed.
• Ensure exceptional client experiences through consultation, product demonstrations, rituals, and upselling.
• Communicate Pili Ani’s Filipino craftsmanship, sustainable sourcing, and product benefits to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through CRM, loyalty, and repeat-business initiatives.
• Manage staff scheduling, floor coverage, and overall service standards.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation, and brand execution.
• Oversee inventory management, receiving, transfers, returns, expenses, and store reports.
• Train, coach, and develop team members while providing regular performance feedback.
• Address performance and operational concerns and ensure compliance with company and retailer policies.
• Conduct regular team meetings and keep the team aligned with business priorities and sales goals.
• Work closely with the Sales Head to identify opportunities and implement strategies to improve store performance.
