Job summary

Pili Ani is seeking a Store Supervisor for the premium retail environment at NAIA Terminal 3. You will oversee daily operations, motivate the team to hit sales targets, and ensure an exceptional client experience that reflects the Pili Ani brand.

You will lead by example in product demonstrations, rituals, and upselling while upholding brand standards and sustainability messaging. The role requires weekend/holiday availability and a hands-on, results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in retail sales or store operations.
• Proven experience in team leadership and sales target achievement.
• Strong communication, coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about sales, people development, and creating memorable client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to consistently achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Plan and execute daily, monthly, and promotional activities to drive store performance.
• Monitor sales, KPIs, conversion, and business trends; develop action plans when needed.
• Deliver exceptional client consultations, product demonstrations, rituals, and upselling.
• Communicate Pili Ani’s Filipino craftsmanship, sustainable sourcing, and product benefits.
• Build client relationships through CRM, loyalty, and repeat-business initiatives.
• Manage staff scheduling, floor coverage, and overall client service standards.
• Maintain premium visual merchandising, store presentation, and brand standards.
• Oversee inventory, stock monitoring, transfers, receiving, returns, expenses, and reports.
• Train, coach, develop, and evaluate team members to build a high-performing team.
• Address performance concerns and ensure compliance with company and retailer policies.
• Conduct regular team meetings and keep the team aligned with sales goals and priorities.
• Work closely with the Sales Head to identify opportunities and implement strategies for business growth.
