Job Description

As a Beauty Therapist, he/she works on the sales floor assisting directly the customers; duties include greeting customers who enter the store, provide Pili Ani’s high quality signature Body therapeutic massage services, provide consultations and Pili Ani’s Signature Facial Treatments, managing the cash register or point of sale system (POS), and helping customers find products in the store.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve monthly sales target and hit target number of appointments for the day
• Maintaining a healthy KPI – UPT / ATV
• Follows proper grooming and guidelines as an ambassador of the brand
• Carry out Pili Ani body and beauty treatments to the required standards ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to
• Give professional skin care advice to clients and promote available Pili Ani Signature Facial treatments
• Provide guests or customers with a full home care product recommendation
• Stay with the clients throughout the treatment, escorting them to and from the reception
• Attend any appropriate training courses required and attend all staff meetings
• Keep up to date with developments relating to the product ranges and any new treatments
• Adjust massage pressure based on client feedback and needs
• To ensure that massage and beauty tools are cleaned/sterilized prior to the start of every treatment
• Assist in the cleaning and tidying of the treatment areas including bins, towels etc.
• Ensure that the assigned treatment room is fully prepared and stocked before the end of shift.
• Report any incidents, accidents or any client’s dissatisfaction to the Shop Manager promptly
• Inform the Shop Manager of any customer safety/medical conditions or unusual behavior from clients
• Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Manages stock inventory; practicing FIFO and ensuring that all stocks are available at any given time
• Responsible for ordering stock and requesting necessary supplies in the assigned store
• Maintains outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards; recommends display items that match customer needs
• Compiles and submits required daily, weekly, and monthly reports such as sales, inventory, and copies of invoices
• Be able to present the product information accurately such as product features and benefits
• Open and close the shop, when required
• Help mentor and develop new/junior Beauty Therapists

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least College Level
• Minimum of one year experience in the beauty industry – FMCG, cosmetics, holistic treatments, spa, advanced aesthetics (providing therapeutic massage services)
• Strong anatomy and physiology knowledge
• Proven working experience in retail sales; track record of over-achieving sales quota
• With a pleasing personality, friendly, helpful, confident, and an engaging personality
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Customer-oriented sales individual
• Strong multitasker, passionate to learn all elements of the business

WORK LOCATION: NAIA

RATE: 800 daily
