Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years in ops, service, or business management.
• 2+ years of people leadership; ability to drive results with metrics and data.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations to meet service, productivity, quality, and timeliness targets.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and drive process improvements.
• Execute business priorities and ensure follow-through on key actions and escalations.
• Lead, coach, and develop team managers and associates.
• Support hiring, onboarding, talent development, and retention.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
