Qualifications

• Leads a team to meet quality and client service targets.
• Manages at least 5 Team Leaders.
• Develops performance plans and coaching schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provides vision, leadership and guidance to Team Leaders and associates in key operating areas.
• Directs staff to ensure adherence to high levels of quality and service to clients.
• Establishes processes to improve quality and productivity of the business unit.
• Ensures timely and effective training and coaching.
• Collaborates with internal service delivery groups to deliver quality, accuracy and timeliness.
