Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the assigned area to meet objectives and service standards.
• Monitor field and store performance, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Conduct field visits and audits to identify gaps and implement improvements.
• Analyze client and market activity to suggest performance enhancements.
• Lead and develop field teams to drive engagement and results.
• Ensure timely submission of operational reports and KPI updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address challenges and support growth.
