SMC Integrated Merchandising Services Inc. (SMCIMSI) is the dedicated merchandising arm of San Miguel Corporation (SMC). A wholly owned subsidiary established in March 2019, SMCIMSI provides expert merchandising services across the San Miguel Group. Beyond ensuring product availability anytime, anywhere, our merchandisers serve as brand ambassadors, representing the products they carry with excellence.

With over 8,000 merchandisers deployed across major supermarket chains, modern trade, and general trade accounts nationwide, SMCIMSI plays a crucial role in supporting SMC's diverse business units.

Since 2019, we have managed the merchandising requirements of San Miguel Foods (Protein & Animal Nutrition Business and Prepared & Packaged Foods). In September 2022, we expanded our operations to handle Ginebra San Miguel Inc.'s merchandising in the Visayas region. We plan to extend our coverage to San Miguel Brewery, SMYPC Wine Brothers, and additional areas for Ginebra San Miguel Inc.

Role Overview

The Area Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and optimizing business operations within the assigned area to ensure operational excellence, service quality, and achievement of business objectives. The role involves monitoring field and store operations, driving compliance with company standards, evaluating team performance, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Working closely with the Operations Head, the position provides operational insights and recommendations to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall business performance. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to drive results across multiple locations.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree program.
• Experience in operations, merchandising, retail, sales, or field supervision.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Able to monitor field operations and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
