Job summary

UpSkill MNL is seeking an Operations Supervisor for North Mindanao to oversee attendance, activity execution, and performance evaluation. You will check DTR, handle weekly liquidations, replenish revolving funds, ensure hiring requirements are complete, and train direct reports in product knowledge and promotion skills.

Maintain KPIs and build a strong relationship with the principal. The role requires leadership, delegation, and strong admin skills with proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs.

Qualifications

• Two- to four-year degree in Business Management or related field.
• Experience in sales.
• Experience handling people and leading a team.
• Strong leadership, delegation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs; strong written and verbal communication.
• Willing to cover North Mindanao area.

Responsibilities

• Monitor attendance, activity execution and performance evaluation.
• Conduct product demonstrations when needed.
• Check DTR, weekly liquidations, and revolving fund replenishment.
• Ensure completeness of hiring requirements.
• Train direct reports in product knowledge and promotion skills.

• Regular area visits in North Mindanao; cascade company instructions.

• Monitor attendance, activity implementation. and performance evaluation.
• Conduct product demonstration and presentation, if needed.
• Check Daily Time Record (DTR), weekly liquidations, and revolving fund replenishment.
• Ensure completeness of hiring requirements.
• Train all direct reports and front-liners in client product knowledge and product promotion skills
• Ensures team compliance with agreed KPIs
• Establish an outstanding relationship with the principal
• Demonstrate good operational control and effective strategy implementation.
• Preparation of weekly or monthly reports, market situation, and other client requirement.
• Checking employee inventory needs and monitoring requisition.
• Effective implementation of workplace policies, guidelines, goals, and objectives.
• Regular area visits and work with the Product Representatives.
• Cascading instructions and directions of the company
• Should be on top of the operation and situations.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidates must have a two- or four-year degree in Business Management or any courses related
• Has experience in Sales
• Has experience handling people
• Ability to demonstrate and uphold good leadership, delegate tasks, administrative management, and organizational skills.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office, Google Documents, email reverting, etc.
