Job summary

Responsibilities include regional sales strategy, financial monitoring, store visits, merchandising, and reporting area performance to senior management. Travel between locations is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to drive sales growth while maintaining efficiency.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.

• Proficiency with retail management systems and POS technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple retail locations in North Luzon.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.
• Monitor financial performance, inventory, budgeting and take corrective actions.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits for standards and compliance.
• Foster relationships with customers and stakeholders to support objectives.
• Identify and implement operational improvements across sites.
• Coordinate with head office on marketing, campaigns and launches.
• Maintain records and report area performance metrics and trends.
