Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a sourcing and procurement professional in the Philippines to support our supply chain requirements. You will manage supplier development, negotiate terms, and ensure the availability of quality, cost-efficient materials for current and new product development.

You will collaborate with regional partners to align strategies, identify alternate suppliers, lead commercial negotiations, and develop contingency plans to mitigate supply risks and disruptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a supply chain related field.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Experience with contract management and project coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate new raw materials for potential product development from R&D.
• Coordinate with regional partners to align with regional strategies.
• Identify alternate suppliers and lead supplier development initiatives.
• Lead negotiations on price, payment terms, MOQs, lead times, Incoterms, and other commercial terms.
• Proactively identify supply risks related to single sourcing and disruptions.
• Develop contingency plans and alternative supply options for critical materials.

Job description

Role Overview

He/She is responsible for supporting the organization's supply chain requirements through effective sourcing, supplier development, commercial negotiation, and supplier relationship management. The role ensures the availability of competitively priced, quality-compliant, and reliable materials and services while supporting cost optimization, supply continuity, new product development, and business growth.

Additionally;

• Provides support, source and negotiates new raw materials possible for new product development from R&D
• Coordinates with Regional partners to ensure that projects are aligned with regional strategies of the company and discuss possible areas of cooperation.
• Sources alternate supplier of materials and lead the alternate supplier development process
• Lead negotiations on price, payment terms, minimum order quantities, lead times, Incoterms, and other commercial conditions
• Proactively identify potential supply risks related to single sourcing, supplier capacity, geopolitical events, regulatory requirements, and market disruptions.
• Develop sourcing contingency plans and alternative supply options for critical materials

Role Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in: Pharmacy, Chemical Engineer, Chemistry, Industrial Engineer, Business Course (supply chain related)
