Job summary

Converge is seeking a Sourcing Manager in a hybrid role based in Pasig, Philippines. You will design and execute top-of-funnel talent attraction strategies, expanding our talent communities across digital platforms, universities, and regional geographies from the Reliance IT Building in Pasig.

You will lead a team, optimize pipelines, and partner with campuses to strengthen our employer brand while analyzing market trends to tailor outreach campaigns for technical roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Human Resources.
• 5+ years of dedicated experience in passive talent sourcing, candidate pipe-lining, or recruitment marketing, with at least 2 years in a strategic supervisory role.
• Deep expertise in talent mapping tools, social recruiting, and interpreting talent acquisition analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement passive talent strategies to build long-term talent communities.
• Manage budgets and optimize candidate generation pipelines across LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, referrals, and local marketing.
• Lead employer branding and campus outreach with external networks and technical institutes.
• Analyze market trends and compensation shifts to refine outreach campaigns in telecommunications.
• Coach and upskill Sourcing Specialists in Boolean strings, cold outreach, and candidate profiling.

As the Sourcing Manager within the Talent Acquisition (Top-of-Funnel Operations) department, you will design and execute cutting-edge, top-of-funnel talent attraction strategies. Based in a hybrid setup at the Reliance IT Building in Pasig, your mission is to expand Converge's talent communities across digital platforms, universities, and regional geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Architecture: Architect the overarching passive talent strategy, building robust, long-term talent communities for highly competitive technical skill sets.
• Pipeline & Budget Management: Manage budgets and optimization across all candidate generation pipelines, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, referral networks, and local recruitment marketing efforts.
• Employer Branding & Campus Outreach: Spearhead Converge's Employer Branding initiatives, partnering with external campus networks and technical institutes for tech graduate recruitment.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor mapping, and compensation shifts across the telecommunications landscape to refine candidate outreach campaigns.
• Team Leadership: Coach and upscale the Sourcing Specialists on advanced boolean strings, cold-outreach messaging, and target talent profiling.
