Job summary

GoTeam is hiring a Sourcing Manager to own and operate the Cebu IT Park Recruitment Hub. You will personally source, contact, and shortlist candidates daily while leading a small team and driving omni-channel candidate engagement.

You will use LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, and Hiring Assistant daily, coaching others and feeding insights to Product and Development. On-site role with a 7:00 AM start, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, or related recruitment leadership functions.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience managing talent acquisition or sourcing teams.
• Active, hands-on sourcing practice; you personally source, contact, and shortlist candidates.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn's Enterprise suite — Recruiter, job ads, and InMail campaigns.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, and SOP development/UAT.

Responsibilities

• You own the shortlist and build it yourself with recalls first, then internal database, then LinkedIn.
• You manage the Recall pipeline: refresh profiles, proactive client pitches, updates on placement progress.
• You complete candidate profiles for walk-ins, LinkedIn responses, and inbound applications; set team quality standards.
• Track placement speed and time-in-transition as KPIs.
• You run the Recruitment Hub day-to-day: staffing, SOPs, foot-traffic, conversion tracking, fast responses.
• You establish tone-of-voice standards, templates, and escalation paths across channels; partner with Marketing.
• You own the LinkedIn Enterprise account: ads, budgets, Recruiter seats, InMail campaigns, company page.
• You monitor funnel performance, diagnose underperformance, and run dashboards/ROI analyses.
• Lead and coach the sourcing team through side-by-side work and regular reviews.
• Maintain sourcing SOPs, market maps, and talent pipelines for current/future hiring.

Sourcing Manager (Onsite | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | Day Shift | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday - Friday

As the Sourcing Manager at GoTeam, you will own the infrastructure that brings candidates to us and keeps them engaged — and you will do the work yourself, not just direct others. You will lead a small sourcing team, run our physical Recruitment Hub at Cebu IT Park where candidates walk in to apply, and own the omni-channel candidate experience across email, social media, and messaging platforms. This is a hands-on role. You will personally contact candidates, complete profiles, and build shortlists — starting with our existing candidate database first, then LinkedIn.

You will use LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, and Hiring Assistant every day, not just delegate them. You will be one of the highest-performing sourcers on the team, and you will coach the rest of the team by example. You will also be the voice of the candidate into our Product and Development teams, and the person who spots where candidates drop off in our process and fixes it. You will report to the Recruitment Manager and work closely with the wider Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Product teams.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, or related recruitment leadership functions
• 2+ years of people leadership experience managing talent acquisition or sourcing teams
• An active, hands-on sourcing practice — you still personally source, contact, and shortlist candidates yourself
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn's Enterprise suite — Recruiter, job ads, and InMail campaigns
• Demonstrated ownership of candidate response times and multi-channel communication standards
• Strong analytical skills — you can read funnels, identify drop-off patterns, and turn data into process improvements
• Experience with ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, and candidate engagement tools, plus SOP development and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Willingness to work onsite at Cebu IT Park with a 7:00 AM start, Monday to Friday

STRONG SIGNALS

• Experience running a physical walk-in candidate centre, careers pop-up, or high-traffic candidate-facing space
• Background in managed operations outsourcing, shared services, or high-growth recruitment environments
• Knowledge of employer branding, recruitment marketing, and candidate attraction strategies
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, or similar top-of-funnel tracking tools
• Experience with LinkedIn Talent Insights or AI-powered sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Hiring Assistant

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Hands-On Sourcing & Redeployment Pipeline

You own the shortlist — and you build it yourself.

• You personally source, contact, and shortlist candidates daily — internal redeployment (Recall) candidates first, internal database second, LinkedIn third
• You own the Recall pipeline: team members between clients get refreshed profiles, proactive pitches to clients, and frequent personal updates on their placement progress
• You complete candidate profiles yourself for walk-ins, LinkedIn responses, and inbound applications — setting the team standard for quality and speed
• You track placement speed and time-in-transition as headline KPIs

Recruitment Hub & Omni-Channel Candidate Experience

You ensure every candidate — walk-in or online — gets a fast, professional, human response.

• You run the day-to-day operations of GoTeam's walk-in Recruitment Hub at Cebu IT Park, from staffing and SOPs to foot-traffic and conversion tracking
• You ensure every candidate registration, application, and inquiry receives an initial response within four hours or less, Monday through Saturday
• You establish tone-of-voice standards, response templates, and escalation paths across email, WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
• You partner with Marketing to align candidate-facing communications with the employer brand

LinkedIn Enterprise & Funnel Performance

You own GoTeam's LinkedIn presence end-to-end — and the numbers behind it.

• You manage the LinkedIn Enterprise account: job advertisements, budget allocation, Recruiter seats, InMail campaigns, and the company page
• You centrally manage GoTeam's AI-powered Hiring Assistant licences — prompt design, campaign assignment, shortlist review, and impact measurement against manual sourcing
• You monitor job ad performance daily across every channel, and when an ad underperforms, you diagnose and fix it without waiting to be told
• You build dashboards, run A/B experiments at the weakest funnel points, and report on ROI, cost per applicant, and cost per hire
• Team Leadership, Product Partnership & Continuous Improvement
• You grow the team, fix the process, and make the system better every week.
• You lead and coach the sourcing team through side-by-side work, call reviews, shadowing, and regular one-on-ones
• You own the daily feedback loop into Product and Development — logging candidate-facing technical issues, prioritising by drop-off impact, and supporting UAT
• You maintain sourcing SOPs, market maps, and talent pipelines that keep GoTeam ready for current and future hiring demand
