IntouchCX is seeking a proactive Sourcing Associate to build candidate networks across social media and channels, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to meet hiring needs.

You will source, screen, and manage applicant submissions, participate in job fairs, and continuously improve recruiting processes while adapting to a fast-paced BPO environment.

Qualificações

• 1+ year experience in BPO recruitment/sourcing.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building with employees at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Promote recruiting using portals, social media, and tools.
• Build relationships with internal employees.

We’re looking for a Sourcing Associate to build candidate networks through various sourcing techniques (including social media) and work effectively with our internal and external partners.

As Sourcing Associate, You Will…

• Interact with applicants & respond to initial inquiries and concerns through our social media and various other platforms
• Process and track applicant job submissions
• Source and generate candidate leads to ensure current hiring requirements are obtained
• Manage sourcing channels: online, referral programs, external events and vendor management
• Create strategies to meet partner requirements
• Conduct & request tests needed for hiring
• Recommend ways of improving recruiting process
• Participate in job fairs & hiring events
• Create and host various promos and activities
• Promote recruiting using job portals, social media and other various tools
• Build relationships with internal employees

As Sourcing Associate, You Have…

• A college degree or certificate (preferred - equivalent combination of education and work experience will also be considered)
• Minimum 1 year experience in BPO Recruitment/Sourcing
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, always changing environment
• The ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness
• The ability to effectively interact and build relationships with employees at all levels and diverse backgrounds
• A creative and resourceful attitude to find the perfect candidates
